assist business entities we offer a registered office and private
mail bag address in Ghana to which any official correspondence
of the company is sent. The service can be tailored to suit the
company's individual needs and can include opening and sorting
of post, faxing prior to posting or sending correspondence to
designated recipients. The service has also been adapted to suit
modern communication demands and thus also includes fax and email
pick up and forwarding.
Our monthly fee for providing the above services
will be US$10 per company excluding VAT and NHIL . Fees are
payable annually in advance. Kindly note that out-of-pocket
expenses incurred in providing any of the above services, such
as communication, business secretarial and transportation expenses,
will be billed at cost.
